About this opportunity
AM2PM are looking for an apprentice administrator to work in a busy recruitment office in Manchester City Centre. You will be dealing with people on a daily basis, greeting visitors and registering candidates.
You will be based on reception in an open plan office and be able to confidently deal with candidates who are registering for employment by issuing them with a registration pack and answering any queries they may have.
A normal day would include:
Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries regarding work and general queries
Inputting new candidates details onto the in-house system accurately with attention to detail and forwarding of information on a spreadsheet to our payroll department
Advising payroll department of any holiday requests and P45 requests
Assisting with the sending out of timesheets to clients and also dealing with travel and subsistence documents
Collating of registration packs and ensuring packs are ready and available for candidate registration
Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails

The role will progress onto a resource role and then hopefully a trainee recruitment consultant role for the right person.
