About this opportunity
Become UK are looking for an apprentice to join their Manchester office carrying out general office duties, including answering the phone, handling enquiries, entering candidate’s details onto the system, networking and lots more.
A normal day would include:
Answering incoming calls and enquiries
Taking detailed messages and passing these to the relevant consultant
General administration duties within the office eg: unlocking and preparing the interview room, photocopying, shredding, filing
Meeting and greeting the candidates when they arrive for their interview
Asking them to fill out the digital forms on the Apple iPad
Adding candidate details to the system and attaching their CV
Attending award dinners, networking events and other related industry events
Attending corporate hospitality events and freelance candidate events
Networking, socialising and creating awareness for Become at every opportunity
Attending training that is provided by the consultants and taking detailed notes
Occasional trips to the London office and attending events
Uploading adverts onto industry websites
Booking appropriate candidates in for interviews and adding these to the diary via the database
Emailing a report to consultants each week on any relevant industry news items & sales lead

What you should have to apply
GCSE maths and English grades A-D
