Catalyst Claims Management are looking for an apprentice to provide administrative support, handle incoming and outgoing calls for the insurance function and to support with insurance claims.
A normal day would include
Ensure that KPIs and deadlines are met throughout the insurance claims handling process
Update company systems, ensuring all information is recorded in an accurate and timely manner
Close down insurance claims on completion date, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and management information is in place and up to date
Maintain all the claims data on database system
Follow the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times
Ensure average lifecycle is kept to a minimum through proactive claims handling
Act as a contributing member of the team and undertake such other duties as reasonably required

GCSE maths and English grades A-C/4-9
A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
Possess or working towards Cert CII or equivalent
Pleasant, clear telephone manner
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate, verbally and in writing at all levels within the organization
Capable of working under own initiative and without supervision
Numerate and methodical with a keen eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
