Wheatley Plastics Ltd are looking for a customer service apprentice to assist the office manager. You will be also be answering telephones, greeting visitors and completing other general office duties.
A normal day would include:
Responding by telephone and email to customer requests
Acknowledging orders and scheduling deliveries
Raising sales invoices for goods being despatched
Greeting customers
Wheatley Plastics are a manufacturer of injection moulded products, established in 1952 and have been in business for over 60 years. Your hourly wage is range from £4.20-£5.90 depending on age.

Eventually have full responsibility of customer services.
How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. You will receive daily training and support from the office manager.
