About this opportunity

This position will provide general administrative support to the HR Systems Manager and the wider team including the administration surrounding a new systems project - booking meeting rooms, taking minutes and co-ordinating documentation.

In April 2015 the University went live with a new HR and Payroll System. This was phase one of a three phase programme. We have now begun phase two which will include implementation of E-Recruitment, additional online processes e.g. staff overtime and expense claims.

To support this work we require an Apprentice to assist the Project Team and the HR Systems Team to ensure we support current operational demands whilst also delivering new functionality.

The role will include:-
- Managing mailbox, diaries, arranging meetings, taking minutes/notes for project team
- Track actions and progress outcomes from meetings and maintain records
- Assisting with data quality tasks which will include maintaining people data on our new HR and Payroll System
- Supporting the ongoing Document Management Project which includes reviewing and organising existing staff paper files before continuing on to loading on to our Document Management System

On successfully completing your apprenticeship you will have access to internally advertised opportunities at the University of Liverpool.

What you should have to apply

Minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C /4 and above in English, Maths and ICT
