This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sales team as an apprentice technical administrator. Assisting the sales team and technical engineers you will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
A normal day would include:
As the apprentice technical administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the sales team as the business expands. Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, you’ll co-ordinate with the office manager and technical engineer to respond to incoming telephone calls.
You’ll handle a wide range of customer queries, providing written quotations with detailed specification inputs and providing basic technical support. Additionally, you’ll complete more general office administration activities, including filing and the organisation of paperwork and records.
TWM Traffic Control Systems Ltd specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of UK traffic control systems and illuminated traffic signs.
