This new and exciting role has been created for an apprentice who will be responsible for supporting the marketing and communications manager and marketing coordinator to deliver the marketing plan.
A normal day would include:
• Handling logistics for all the exhibition and events Omnicell UK attends throughout the year, including booking events, managing exhibitors, booking power, electrics and storage, arranging couriers
• Managing the Omnicell UK marketing collateral library including managing stock, arranging print and updates, rebranding and supporting the Omnicell sales team
• Supporting with targeted mail outs including managing distribution lists and the circulation of direct mails to customers
• Owning the media monitoring process and circulation of reports
• Managing social media channels including, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
• Day to day management of the customer experience centre including managing the diary and ensuring the room is fully stocked ahead of customer visits
• Managing the photo and video library.
• Supporting with the UK business internal communications programme including staff roadshows and the weekly staff updates
• Maintaining the UK section of the global Omnicell website including content management and upload
• Competitor analysis and market research as part of data research
• Developing and delivering aspects of marketing plans and strategies

• Be in a position to apply for a suitable permanent role within Omnicell at the end of your apprenticeship

Self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team

Computer literate with ability to use relevant software packages
Excellent organisation skills and able to manage conflicting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
