A normal day would include:
Completing a range of administration duties including photocopying, sending emails, filing, message-taking, booking rooms, general administration, etc
Responding to routine correspondence and enquiries from clients and candidates
Dealing with all client and candidates effectively, and courteously
Maintaining our CRM computerised systems including inputting data, keeping records, confidential and general filing systems as directed
Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made
Contributing to setting up office procedures
Assisting with the researching of candidates and clients
Assisting with any other appropriate duties under the direction of the line manager
