This is an exciting role to undertake a one year training programme, working towards an NVQ in business administration level 2 with Leasing Options.
A normal day would include:
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the sales support team
• Developing an understanding of the issues facing the sales support team and contributing towards overcoming these issues in order to provide excellent service
• Providing administrative support to leasing options
• Photocopying
• Collecting and distributing post, filing, word processing
• Assisting in the data input of various pieces of information into a variety of web based systems
• Processing of correspondence, reports and other documents
• Maintaining spreadsheets or databases containing financial and non-financial information, and to liaise with examination and data administrators
• Liaising with members of the public, suppliers, funders and other external entities
• Work in accordance with set policies and procedures
