All personal information we gather is processed in accordance with applicable data protection and ancillary laws.
The controller for certain services may be the funder of that service, but you will be made aware of this when you sign up to that service.
We use the information you provide to us, or our sub-contractors:
- in performing a contract with you to deliver our services;

- in the field of employment if we are assisting you in finding work; and
- for our legitimate business purposes:
o to meet contractual obligations to any funder(s) of the service (including but not limited to assisting our funders in monitoring the use of public funds);
o contact information may be used to offer services to you or your business. You have the right at any time to request that we do not contact you for this purpose or to limit how we contact you, for example, you may not want us to contact you by telephone. o we may also ask you for feedback on the support you received from us;
o for administrative purposes business contact information is stored on a database accessible by group companies.
We may share your information within The Growth Company Group if appropriate, with delivery partners, sub-contractors, business successors, funders and professional advisors for these purposes.
Failure to provide the information requested when you sign up to a service may mean that you are unable to receive the service from us.
Any personal information we collect is stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use. The retention period is generally determined by public funders’ requirements.
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
(i) to request access to personal data relating to you and have it provided in a structured machine-readable format;
(ii) the restriction of processing, rectification or erasure of your data (subject to other conditions);
(iii) the right to object to our processing of your data and the right to withdraw your consent to our processing where relevant.
Information we hold may be transferred to other countries with adequate levels of protection.
