We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Finance Apprentice to join our busy Finance and payroll Team. You will assist the Finance and payroll department in the day to day processing of both the sales ledger and purchase ledger functions.

Day to day tasks would be;
Daily Banking / Cash Posting
Routine Debtor Collection Calls – Including Sales Dept. Liaison
Disputed Transactions
A normal day would include
To monitor customer status changes, advised through online notification system
Debtor Reporting
Day to day Sales Ledger activities
Account Opening activities
Initial Credit Rating and Approval
Ongoing Credit Control
Invoice / Credit Procedures
Other administrative and payroll tasks
To undertake other such tasks as may arise from time to time
