We are looking for an Apprentice accounts assistant in a family owned manufacturing business. The business has a friendly relaxed environment and we develop and progress staff where possible.

A normal day would include
Processing the sales invoices
Inputting Purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
Resolving purchase invoice queries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Chasing payment of pro forma invoices
Taking credit card payments from customers
Computing commissions for agents before sign off
Supporting Assistant Accountant with month end duties where required
Filing
Scanning
Photocopying
