Managing small administrative team and monitor their performance
Managing clients/potential clients initial enquiries
Market research, analysis and reporting findings to the head of procurement and contractors or managing directors in the early stage response to clients.
A normal day would include
Creation of marketing/business support documents such as information documents for procurement solutions products
Presentation of reports to key stakeholders
Evaluation of service providers submission to client opportunities
Early stage mini competition documentation creation and leading the process.
Support and leading in creation of EU complaint tender documentation for new procurement products
