This is an exciting 2 year professional apprenticeship development programme with an opportunity to get experience in different departments and a permanent role, starting Summer/Autumn 2018.

This apprenticeship covers several business areas including, underwriting, loan servicing, sales, customer services, business services and business change.
There is plenty of scope to build a rewarding career – this programme has 4 x 6 month rotations built into it so that you can quickly learn about the business through practical experience.
The main purpose of the programme is to build experience and knowledge of the commercial operations department through 4 x 6 month rotations.
